Pastor

Rev. Gary Hilton

Pastor Gary grew up in Bridgewater, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Beaver Area High School in 1989.

He earned a Master of Divinity from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development from Geneva College, and an associate degree in Human Relations from the Community College of Beaver County. His ministry reflects a passion for preaching, relational leadership, and helping people grow in relationship with Jesus Christ.

Pastor Gary and his wife, Michelle, have been married for more than 30 years. They have four children and three grandchildren.

Brianna has a Bachelor of Music, Vocal Focus, from Youngstown State University. Brianna brings a rich background in leading sacred music and working with singers and musicians of all ages. She has served in various church music leadership positions and was the K-8 Music Teacher/Choir and Band Director at Rhema Christian School in Coraopolis. She currently serves as the vocal coach/director of Geneva College’s Musical Theatre Camp. She is eager to proclaim the joy of Christ through song and community fellowship here at NBMC.

Worship Pianist

Teryl Rice

Serves the congregation through piano music and worship accompaniment.

Teryl grew up in central Pennsylvania. He comes to us with a wonderful background in music. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Piano Performance with an Organ Minor from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is currently the pianist and choir teacher at Lincoln Jr / Sr High School in Ellwood City. Prior to that, he was the pianist and choir teacher at Lakeview Middle High School in Stoneboro, PA and was church pianist at St. Thomas More University Parish in Indiana, PA. Earlier this year, he was involved in both Lincoln and West Middlesex High Schools’ school musicals, teaching vocals and playing the piano / keyboard. We are so incredibly blessed by Teryl’s talent, dedication, and heart for ministry.

Rich Cassarino

Leads creative work and family ministry programming.

Rich oversees the look, feel, and development of the church’s branding, website, marketing, and video design.

A self-taught graphic, web, and video designer, he brings more than 15 years of experience working with organizations large and small.

Rich and his wife, Jaime, live in Clinton, Pennsylvania, with their four children. Together they create resources that help churches and ministries further God’s kingdom.
